The Challenge

KB Kombucha had a quality, small-batch product and a loyal local customer base but very little visibility beyond their taproom and local markets. Their social presence lacked consistency, social proof, and engaging storytelling.

Despite being one of Wellington’s only on-tap kombucha breweries, most people didn’t know their story or recognise the brand online. There was a clear gap between their in-person experience and their digital reach, both locally and nationwide.

Our Strategy

We built a storytelling-driven content strategy centred on authentic, short-form video. Through behind-the-scenes brewery clips, taproom showcases, and taste-testing interviews at local markets, we highlighted their craft, process, and personality.
