The Challenge
KB Kombucha had a quality, small-batch product and a loyal local customer base — but very little visibility beyond their taproom and local markets. Their social presence lacked consistency, social proof, and engaging storytelling.

Despite being one of Wellington’s only on-tap kombucha breweries, most people didn’t know their story or recognise the brand online. There was a clear gap between their in-person experience and their digital reach, both locally and nationwide.

Our Strategy
We built a storytelling-driven content strategy centred on authentic, short-form video. Through behind-the-scenes brewery clips, taproom showcases, and taste-testing interviews at local markets, we highlighted their craft, process, and personality.
